I wrote this one day back in 2014. I felt led to write it down on paper, and it’s not great but I wrote it down from my heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

We all fall short of God’s Glory and we all need to ask for forgiveness each and every day, every minute of the day if we know we have done something to disappoint the Lord Jesus or have offended someone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forgive Me Jesus<\/span><\/h3>\n

Forgive me Jesus, for I know I’ve disappointed you,<\/span><\/p>\n

From the time I knew right from wrong<\/span><\/p>\n

I never claimed to be perfect Father Jesus,<\/span><\/p>\n

For I am weak but thou art strong,<\/span><\/p>\n

I wish I could take back all the things I have said and done,<\/span><\/p>\n

But, I know our sins cause us to die,<\/span><\/p>\n

Because I\u2019m a sinner Jesus, and\u00a0 if it wasn’t for you,<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019d never would’ve taken the chance to ask for forgiveness for things I used to do,<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a child which has become ashamed, a child of sin,<\/span><\/p>\n

If, it wasn’t for you this child would’ve died<\/span><\/p>\n

If, it wasn’t for you I could die in sin, and not be all I could be,<\/span><\/p>\n

Because of you I have forgiveness and promises and able to shine,<\/span><\/p>\n

All the things I’ve done in my life, and have hurt those whom I love<\/span><\/p>\n

The ones who sheltered me, who gave me life<\/span><\/p>\n

The things Ive done in my past were bad and unworthy<\/span><\/p>\n

I am so sorry I did all those things, and said things I did,<\/span><\/p>\n

Please have mercy on me Father Jesus for I need you please<\/span><\/p>\n

Forgive me Father Jesus please have mercy on me and give me grace<\/span><\/p>\n

To accept my apology for all I\u2019ve said and done, I Thank you Father<\/span><\/p>\n

That I know I am forgiven by your mercy and you loving grace Amen<\/span><\/p>\n
