God’s Awesome Love & Presence
God’s Awesome Love & Presence
If, you have read the “Old Testament” and I am sure that many have. You read about the “ark of the covenant” which represented the presence of God. We all need God in our lives more than ever and more than anything else, we do or have going on.
Check this out: When God called Moses to tell Pharaoh to let God’s people go. Moses, was like many of us –– scared and he was insecure about the abilities he had.
But, God said to Moses, “I will surely be with you.: Exodus 3:10-14 Then, later God told Moses “My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14
Moses told God, “If your presence does not go with me, do not carry us up from here!” Exodus 33:15 In so many words, “God , if you’re not going to be there, don’t send me !”
Anytime, God wants us to do something, we can know His presence will be with us, no matter what He asks us to do, We can know He will not give us something to do without Him being along side of us!
Everyone, should and needs to be aware that God’s love and His divine presence will always be with us, no matter what. Believers in Christ should always train their minds, their hearts to know and trust God. To feel and be in God’s Presence – we need to want to be in His Presence spend time with Him, talk to Him, Pray to Him, Reading His Word.
There are so many people in this world, and I even know several, who won’t give God the time of day and not even desiring His Presence, because they are so wrapped up with themselves, or things happening around them, they just don’t want to take 15 minutes to spend time with Him.
Here’s a few things to think about!
People spend time on Facebook –– many hours a day, they spend time shopping, watching those soap operas, for four hours, they sit and watch movies, which they probably should not even be watching, they sit and text all day long, or sit and talk for hours on the phone, or they hang – out for hours with their friends, partying and taking their time up doing things which are less important, but yet they cannot spend 15 – 30 minutes with the Lord.
There are so many things that can be listed which takes our time up, which shouldn’t. People can do these things and more, but yet they don’t have the time to spend with God, praying and reading His word and singing and witnessing to other’s.
See the devil he don’t want us to spend any time with the Lord, he’d rather us do our own thing – rather then spend time with God like we all should be doing, spend time in God’s presence. So, as you can see the devil will try to
The devil wants us to get our eyes off God with things he wants us to think which is more important than keeping our eyes off the Lord.
The devil has tried this with me so many times, and we have to put the devil back into his place where he belongs, the devil has many tactics which can get into our daily lives that we need to acknowledge and make sure we rebuke the devil, on tricking our minds into thinking something else is more important than spending time with God the way we are supposed to be doing.
The devil would love to see God’s people to fail and to seek other worldly things and cause havoc in our lives, but it takes us to put a STOP to it, the devil wants to stop us from Gods Gracious and Holy things which God has for us.
If, you want to feel and experience God’s presence in your life, take time and put satan back where he belongs and that is back to hell, put his evil dwellings and the devil know you’ve had enough and you are NOT going to listen to him anymore. Let him know that his time is short and you are not apart of his evil schemes and his lies, tell him to go back from where he came and in Jesus’ Name I command you to go right now, and using Jesus’ Name you are forcing him back off you and back to the gates of hell.
God is awesome, and God wants us to enjoy and be blessed and we all belong to Him, and it’s up to us to be determined to receive God’s gracious blessings and for us to choose, God or the devil, because we cannot choose and live for two master’s, it’s one or the other.
You can live for God, it’s easy and not complicated, you can do simple things, repentance, seeking God;s will for your life, pray and read His word, study, write down the things you want to learn, listen to gospel music, sing praises to him, always be thankful, watch Christian television, there are some good ones and honest ones, listen to teachings, get free Bible Studies in the mail, write down your experiences which you have had in your life, like I do. We all can make a difference in this world if we all seek God’s grace, His favor His Love because without God we are nothing anyway.
There are several ways we can spend time with God, be productive, rather than unproductive, God wants us to be active in seeking Him and being a blessing to other’s. He wants us to be blessed and secure in His kingdom and if we cannot spend time with Him, and have faith in all He is, then there is something seriously wrong with us, if we cannot do that for Him after all He did and gave us.
God is to be our center, front and back, we must accept Him, for He sent His son, and His son accepted us for who we are and what we are….. Talk to God, let Him know what’s on your mind, and in your heart, let Him know what concerns you have He will listen. By, doing the things I mentioned we are seeking His presence and that’s being productive.
In 1 Kings 8:23 Solomon refers God to being more wonderful than the next, watch this :
God’s Character is more precious than Gold, He as Solomon says, He is Covenant – keeping, merciful and loving and kind.
He is also faithful, true, long suffering, just honest and among many other wonderful attributes. So never be afraid or scared to desire to be in His Presence because we have a precious gracious Father above anyone or anything we can imagine.
God’s qualities out weigh anything in this world, this world cannot give you nothing compared to what God can.
We all need to know God’s qualities and get ourselves acquainted with God, because His qualities reveal His Character in us. The better we know Him, the better off we will always be, and it becomes easier to listen and trust in Him and obey Him.
When we do these things we can know we can become solely in His Presence!
