Having That Perfect Heart

2 Chronicles 16:9 says; “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong in behalf of those whose hearts are blameless towards Him.”Having That Perfect Heart

2 Chronicles 16:9

I was reading “Joyce Meyers – The Everyday Life Bible” and wow – at the life points in her Bible! Have you read her Bible, wow if you hadn’t –– you may wish to, because the life points which she has in there are awesome!!

No one is perfect, but the life points they pertain to the lives we live and the way she explains them, the same things I have been through and been so curious about are all in her life points. It’s awesome how they can really touch areas of our lives and hearts to help us –– get closer to God and change our ways of thinking!!

Did you know, when God searches for people, He looks at our hearts, whose hearts are perfect and blameless towards Him? I always thought , I myself had to be perfect, but that’s not what it means.

2 Chronicles 16:9 says; “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong in behalf of those whose hearts are blameless towards Him.”

What does perfect really mean? It isn’t to perform perfectly , it plainly means to have a heartfelt desire to do right and to please God.

People who have a perfect heart truly loves God. We ourselves may not be perfect. We have fleshly things in our lives we need to work on, but it doesn’t mean our hearts are not perfect in wanting to Love God and do what is right.

We may get hurt, angry, say some things which we surely didn’t mean to or do things we didn’t intend to do, we all make mistakes. If, we know we have said or done something we shouldn’t have done, we should always be quick to repent and ask God to forgive us, of what we did or what we said to hurt someone. We always need to apologize if we know we did something to someone or said something that hurt them, we should always make sure we go to them and say “I’m so sorry I said what I said, or I’m sorry I did that” then we can go to God and ask His forgiveness and ask Him to help us, not do it again.

This helps us get it right before God and helps keep our hearts perfectly in line with rightful things of God.

If, we have perfect hearts towards God, He counts on us as perfect and works with us while the Perfection becomes more real in our lives.

I know I’m not perfect –– but my heart is in the right place and it surely loves God. I do my best to always do right and always be apologetic when I feel I said, or did something to hurt someone, even if I didn’t say or do something to hurt them, if they are not speaking to me for some reason I still make a quick apologetic apology just in case I did say or do something that hurt them, that I wasn’t aware of.

No one is perfect, we are to strive to be, no one has a perfect performance but we are to strive to be perfect, and it’s not always easy but we can count on God to help us.

I Love God, and I know I still have things which I need to work on and I try everyday, but I know my God loves me and I give Him the Praise and Glory for the Heart He has given to me!
