Scripture Verses On Vowing

Scriptures on Vowing

“Thou shalt make thy prayer unto Him, and He shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thou vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine up on thy ways.”  (Job 22:27-28).

“Vow, and pay unto the Lord your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto Him that ought to be feared. He shall cut off the spirit of princess: He is terrible to the kings of the earth.”       (Psalms 76:11-12).

“They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy. But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.”  (Jonah 2:8-9).

“When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for He hath no pleasure in fools. Pay that which thou hast vowed. Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.”   (Ecclesiastes 4:4-5).

“Now he that ministerith seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, increase the fruits of your righteousness.” (2 Corinthians 9:6-10).
